Organization Analytics

Analytics provide insights into how your organization uses Gen8.

Accessing Analytics

Navigate to your Organization settings and click on Analytics. Use the date pickers to select your desired start and end dates for the reporting period.

Available Metrics

Analytics track several key metrics:

Per-User Statistics

Track how each team member uses Gen8, including their number of conversations, messages sent, and which agents they use most frequently.

Per-Agent Statistics

Understand which agents get the most use with conversation counts per agent, user counts per agent, and overall agent selection patterns.

Privacy

Conversation content remains private. Message content is not analyzed, personal data is not exposed, and individual sessions remain confidential.

Exporting Data

Export analytics for reporting by selecting your data range, choosing which metrics to include, clicking Export, and downloading in your preferred format. You can also set up recurring reports for weekly summaries, monthly overviews, or quarterly analysis.

Best Practices

Review analytics periodically—a weekly quick check helps you stay on top of usage, a monthly deep dive reveals trends, and a quarterly strategic review informs planning decisions.

Use the data to improve your organization's AI usage: promote agents that are performing well, improve underperforming ones, create new agents to fill gaps, and train your team on useful features they might be missing.

For benchmarking, set usage goals for your organization, monitor adoption rates over time, and celebrate milestones as your team gets more value from the platform.
