Organization Settings
Organization settings allow administrators to configure how Gen8 works for their team.
Accessing Settings
To access your organization settings, click your organization name and go to Settings or click the gear icon. From there, you can navigate through different setting categories.
General Settings
The general settings include your organization's name and a brief description that helps identify your workspace.
For customizing the appearance with your brand colors and logo, see Branding.
Members
Manage team members and their access levels. Gen8 provides several roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control over the organization |
| Manager | Can manage settings, members, and content |
| Creator | Can create and edit agents and projects |
| User | Can use agents and have chats |
| Guest | Limited access, can only use shared agents |

Set organization-wide snippets that can be used in agent prompts. These provide consistent values across your agents without hardcoding. See Snippets for details.
Knowledge Bases
Create and manage knowledge bases that AI agents can search for relevant information. See Knowledge Bases Overview for details.
Analytics
View organization usage metrics with custom date ranges. Track chats, messages, active users, and agent usage. See Analytics for details.
Troubleshooting
Members can't access features: Check their role to ensure they have the necessary permissions, verify the feature is enabled at the organization level, and review any specific permission settings.
Integrations don't work: Verify the organization has enabled the integration, check that the user has connected their account, and review the integration configuration.
Billing issues: Check your payment method is current, review your usage limits, and contact support if problems persist.
